Motovated Design & Analysis is pleased to announce it is now the major sponsor of the Peter Caughey Racing, Jetsprint team!

Two-times world and five-time New Zealand Superboat champion Peter Caughey is racing in the UIM World Superboat champs. By winning the opening round in Meremere on the 4th of January, he has shown everyone his is the team to beat!

The 1000-horsepower boat rockets across the water with an acceleration of 0 to 120kph in as little as 2.3 seconds. The track consists of shallow channels surrounding clusters of islands, where every race traces a different path. Boats complete three laps of the tight and twisting tracks in under a minute. Without brakes, a navigational error, a corner clipped or a rogue wave can send a boat flying off the track.

The final round is due to take place in Featherston (near Wellington) on the weekend of the 10th and 11th January.
