CANSWUG and Motovated would like to invite you to the Canterbury SolidWorks User Group meeting on Thursday May the 26th.

It has been a while since our last meeting so we hope to get a good turnout.

The location for this meeting is as follows;

• Welcome and thanks to AuCom, Motovated, and Solidtec (5min max) – Aidan
• AuCom factory tour (15min max)
• Presentation industry spotlight – AuCom (15min max)
• Presentation industry spotlight – TBD (15min max)
• Solidtec representative to address the group & any questions (5min max)
• SolidWorks Quiz – Simon/Aidan (15min max)
• Presentation of cup/prize for quiz – Simon
• Social time with free pizza and drink

A big thanks to Aucom for allowing us to hold this event at their facilities, Solidtec for sponsoring the food and drink, and to Aidan Cavanagh from Motovated for organising this meeting and for heading up the organisation for any future events.

One of the strongest selling features of SolidWorks is the great community that surrounds it and User Groups are an integral part of this. They make great networking venues and may even be chance to catch up with old colleagues and friends and hopefully a place to make some new ones.

There are no conditions to coming along, so regardless of the fact if you have used SolidWorks for years or never seen it before please come along. The plan is to run these meetings every 3 months. Everyone’s opinion is valued so please sign up and feel free to make any suggestions on how these meetings should run.
