OTHER SERVICESWe also have a range of additional services to supplement our core services. Design Drafting or DraughtingThe manufacturing drawings and orthographic views are created directly from the CAD models, and are fully associative. This means that any changes to the part geometry are accurately reflected in every view. Machining and assembly dimensioning, tolerancing and part detailing are completed to the highest standard. Revision ManagementOur in-house drawing revision procedures allow you to track drawing and part changes throughout the development of your design. This is essential in keeping all parties apprised of the most recent design changes, obsolete parts, and being able clearly document what was changed, who changed it and why. Rapid Prototype DevelopmentThis emerging technology allows parts to be prototyped directly from 3D CAD models, completely by-passing the need to develop manufacturing drawings and tooling. The components can be made from a variety of resins, which are cured to form a solid part, which can even be used as hard-tooling depending on the material and the number of runs required. Needless to say, this can be very helpful and cost-effective in developing an idea. Animations & RenderingsWe can add the finishing touches to your project or presentation by producing photo realistic images and eye-catching animations. Brochures, manuals, marketing images, website material… the choice is yours! Flat Patterns for ProfilingProfile patterns and CAD machining data can be supplied to supplement your manufacturing drawings in a variety of formats, including *.dxf’s, *.dwg’s, *.step and *.iges files. Patent SketchesConveying your idea to someone can often be challenging, and this is especially important to get right for your patent application. We can help you put your sketches and ideas to paper clearly and concisely. Parts Lists/BOMsThe parts lists and Bill of Materials (BOM) are extremely useful for pricing and managing a project, and can include bought-out hardware such as nuts, bolts, and bearings etc, total lengths of frame sections such as tubing, hollow sections etc, quantities and masses of parts and material specifications. These are most useful when combined with an exploded view of the assembly. "engineering your vision" |
