PART DESIGN

Injection moulded parts, rotomoulded parts, cast parts, flattenable sheetmetal parts or complex weldments and fabrications… If you need working drawings to take down to the workshop, 2D or 3D profiles for cutting and CNC machining, or a just 3D model to explain your idea, then you’ve come to the right place!

We can also provide renderings for brochures, exploded views including parts lists (BOMs) for maintenance and assembly manuals, lighting studies, fly throughs, as well as movies showing motion and function. Product analysis services include tolerance studies, functional and inertial motion studies, mathematical systems modelling as well as structural, thermal and flow analyses via the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method.
